aSaGaYa
(we don't try to be 4LaY when we write this)
This restaurant has just opened recently on Jl. Kaliurang km 5 with a very seductive banner decorated by provocative tagline, "HARGA MAHASISWA." OMG, I just realize that I'm so cheap. Hahaha. Honestly, aSaGaYa is not as cheap as Nagoya and Sapporo. Still affordable though. The average price is 18K.
There hasn't been so much to tell about aSaGaYa for I just ate here once with kareshi. The menu is not as complete as the other restaurant yet, maybe because of newcomer-thing.
We were given free ocha that taste sooo healthy (or I may call it flat). I asked for okonomiyaki but the waitress said it wasn't ready to serve. Yea right, then why it has been written down on their "limited menu"? So, we decided to give a try to curry and teriyaki. The portion is not big but wonderfully I felt full so fast. Apparently my tongue doesn't really match its flavor.
The funny thing I saw here is a note stuck in the kitchen. It contains a guideline for its employees on how to yell in Japanese starting from welcoming the customer, taking the order, kitchen response, etc. I found it weird because the employees themselves are still awkward using it.
